Zanhotel Europa The hotel was centrally located and convenient to railway station. The rooms were clean and well presented. The reception staff on the other hand would do well to brush up on their interpersonal skills and dealing with the public. Friendliness, which costs nothing was lacking.....

Zanhotel Europa We were sent to a room that was being worked on, subsequently changed. Smoke smell was evident despite being no smoking floor. Shortage of feather pillows, not enough to satisfy our request. Desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.
