The Hotel President is located at 50 meters from the port and very near to the centre town of Palermo and offers a stunning view on the sea. Renovated in 2000, the hotel distinguishes for the sumptuousness of its softened, relaxing environments furnished with the maximum comfort. The Hotel has several meeting rooms that can accomodate from 10 up to 140 people, provided with the most modern Audio-visual equipment.
The hotel has 129 rooms: 20 single rooms and 109 double rooms; 78 with window sea; 119 with bath and 10 with shower. All rooms are equipped with every comfort.
Buffet breakfast includes: croissants, plum cake, typical biscuits, crackers, butter, different kind of jam, rusks, fresh bread, pies, yoghurt, fruits in syrup, ham, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, boiled eggs, chocolate, American coffee and espresso, fruit juice, milk and tea. President Hotel offers its guests the Bar Lounge, opened everyday from h. 10,00 a.m. to midnight.

Quality Hotel President Das Hotel befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Hafens. Die Zimmer sind sauber, leider in einem eher älteren Zustand. Es gab einige Mängel, vor allem technische Geräte (z.B. Fön, TV) funktionierten nicht oder unzureichend, aber auch einzelne Lampen oder die Dusche waren nicht in einwandfreien Zustand. Dennoch würde ich das Hotel unter Umständen weiterempfehlen, das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Quality Hotel President It is well situated near the harbour. Our twin room was neat and clean. Staff were very friendly as all the sicilian we met there. Food was really tasty.

Quality Hotel President La cucina è ottima. Le stanze ordinate e pulite. Tutto ok, fronte porto quindi ottimo per chi arriva al porto con i traghetti. Consigliato.

Quality Hotel President Siamo stati bene purtroppo la camera sporgeva sul retro dell'hotel, ma comodo perchè praticamente di fronte al porto. La cena non all'altezza della location, bella vista però sulla terrazza panoramica. Due le cose che abbiamo trovato eccellenti: la possibilità di poter portare la nostra cagnetta ovunque e la colazione al mattino super entusiasmente ed abbondante proprio ciò che un viaggiatore ama..complimenti per l'ammissione agli animali questo ha reso la nostra vacanza fantastica. Ci torneremo. Grazie ancora.

Quality Hotel President la qualità "modesta" del buffet colazione, sebbene sufficentemente vario, non si è dimostrata all'altezza della bella vista sul porto di Palermo dalla sala ristorante/colazione. Ma considerato il prezzo da B&B, può andare bene.

Quality Hotel President Prima di confermare la prenotazione avevo chiesto conferma telefonica sul ricovero della mia auto in garage e mi è stato detto il prezzo di euro 10 per notte. All'arrivo ho constatato che non si trattava di garage ma di un recinto custodito all'aperto con presenza massiccia di volatili..

Quality Hotel President Hotel comodo per chi si deve imbarcare, il personale del ricevimento è molto cordiale e disponibile anche per informazioni riguardanti la città. La colazione fatta al settimo piano panoramico è soddisfacente.

Quality Hotel President è una struttura in stile anni 70 che non si è rinnovata nel tempo. Le stanze hanno un arredo discutibile, l'illuminazione è tremenda (luci al neon), non sono presenti neppure luci da comodino (a dire il vero neppure i comodini). Aria condizionata, interrutori, etc. sono funzionanti ma "d'epoca", in vero stile modernariato. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene. Nel complesso una sistemazione confortevole rapportata al prezzo "promozionale" che abbiamo pagato (80 euro) ma a mio vedere assolutamente fuori mercato a prezzo pieno (130-150 euro).
