Hotel Terminus & Plaza Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Leider fehlte ein Hotelparkplatz. Da die Straßenreinigung auf einen anderen Tag fiel, konnten wir vor dem Hotel parken. Dar Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein.

Hotel Terminus & Plaza We were travelling from Florence to Pisa for business reasons. The hotel is located near the train station. Our rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were all extremely helpful and professional.

Hotel Terminus & Plaza There were three of us in one room, but there was still plenty of space as it was a huge airy room. The situation of the hotel was good for the train station, and airport.

Hotel Terminus & Plaza We had forgotten to change our watches to Italian time, and were therefore 10 minutes late for breakfast. The dining room was closed up, and the man at the desk was not prepared to listen to our explanation. The result was, as there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, we had nothing to eat or drink and he wouldn't even offer us a cup of coffee. We were very disappointed with the response.
