as a monastery, only converted into a hotel during the late 1700's.

Hotel Fontana Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in ausgezeichneter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und präsentierten sich absolut neuwertig. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein, vielleicht schon fast zu klein. Trotzdem passt es irgendwie zu dem Flair, den die Zimmer vermitteln. Der Komfort leidet ein wenig darunter, daher nur ein "gut". Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Hotel Fontana Location was great, very close to the Trevi Fountain and all the other attractions. Rooms were small but clean. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.

Hotel Fontana The room offered to us first was extremely small and bad. We had to complain and refer to pictures presented on web. Then we got small but relatively good room with old furniture. The room was clean and the view on Fontana di Trevi was beautiful. Also the breakfast room had great view and we got excelent food.

Hotel Fontana El Hotel está magníficamente ubicado. Te permite ir andando a los sitios más emblemáticos del centro de Roma. Las habitaciones están muy coquetas y agradables. Sin embargo las que dan a la fontana de Trevi, a pesar de la vista son muy ruidosas. Se echa de menos un saloncito en el hotel. La atención en el desayuno es muy poco profesional (y antipática) y escaso.
