By plane from the Marco Polo Venice airport (13km) through the
Water Roads. You can take a water taxi from the airport's wet dock, arriving at the hotel in Fondamenta delle Veste in 40 minutes.
Another option is public transportation. You can take the Alilaguna
Linea Blu (Blue Line) or Rossa (Red Line), which take you to the San
Marco Giardinetti stop in 1 hour 10 min. From here you go on foot to
the steamboat stop of Actv Vallaresso, on the left bank. Follow the

Land Roads.
Take a shuttle or the Actv 5 bus to Venice and stop at Roma Square

By plane, from the airport of Treviso Canova (33km)

By train
In front of the Santa Lucia station you can take a water taxi that in
fifteen minutes will take you to the hotel in Fondamenta delle Veste,
or you can go on the Actv steamboat, Lines 1 and 82, in the direction
of San Marco and get off at the Vallaresso stop. Follow the

By car
You
can park in one of several garages around Roma Square, the
bus/automobile terminal or Tronchetto, at the end of the long bridge
that connects Venice to dry land (Ponte della Libertà).
From Roma
Square you can take a water taxi, arriving at the hotel in Fondamenta
delle Veste in 40 minutes, or take steamboat line 1 or 82 and follow

From
Tronchetto you can take a water taxi, arriving at the hotel in

From the Vallaresso steamboat stop
Cross Vallaresso street, turn left on Salizada San Moisè, and go across
the bridge to get to the [broad street] Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Turn
right on the second street, the Calle delle Veste, and continue until
you reach the bridge, from where you can the entrance to the Hotel
dell’Opera.
