Hotel Cristallo Wir haben die Nachtruhe im Zimmer sehr geschätzt. Wir waren froh, dass wir im Doppelzimmer Einzelbetten bestellen konnten und die Matrazen nicht zu weich waren. Auch für den freundlichen Empfang vielen Dank!

Hotel Cristallo Nettes Hotel unweit vom Bahnhof, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Fruehstueck war akzeptabel. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich gehalten, in der Naehe sind viele nette Cafés Bin zufrieden - meine Mitreisende glaube ich auch.

Hotel Cristallo After 15 days of traveling Europe this was the worst hotel I experienced. I have never see staff members be more rude to their customers. I will recommend people NOT to stay at this hotel.

Hotel Cristallo The air conditioning only worked during hours you were NOT at the hotel!!!! On the upper floors it gets hot and humid. Terrible conditions to sleep in. It forced you to open the window and hear the noisy city.

Hotel Cristallo We chose this hotel mainly for the location, as we were travelling by train. Rooms are tidy and clean. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel Cristallo The hotel staff at the counter was not friendly. They are reluctant in speaking English, and not familiar with city trips, even for those printed on pamphlets. Other staff were friendly.

Hotel Cristallo The hotel is of course reasonably old but they have done their best to keep it looking fresh., I would have liked the air con to work though but maybe it is only on in the summer. The location is excellent and it is ideal for 1-2 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel Cristallo I loved the hotel.....except the shower is too small. I find this common in European Hotels and B&B's. If it wasn't for that, I would have rated you 10's across the board. If ever in Milan, I will stay there again. Also, Had I known it was so close to the train station, I would have walked. The taxi driver took me the long way around and charged me 35 Euros to take me 3 blocks....what an idiot I was!!

Hotel Cristallo The hotel room was clean and well furnished, breakfast was rich aswell. Reception Staff was a bit unfriendly (not all of them). I guess next time in Milan I would choose the same.

Hotel Cristallo Charged a lot of money for internet connection and it was difficult to use. Also the bar was not good. beer served in a can, wine very poor and the server preferred cash instead of room charge (and offered discount when i insisted). No food at all available in the hotel in the evening.
