A Sojourn at Borgo Pretale is a journey through time as well as the history of this tiny hamlet surrounded by lush green and under the watchful eye of a fortified tower. The latter, today brought back to its ancient glory, hosts some of the hotel's rooms. The other are located in the surrounding buildings.

Borgo Pretale is a corner of Haven, ideal for a holiday but also for business meetings.

In Borgo Pretale finds its place also a comfortable conference room for meetings or seminars. It has a maximum capacity of 50 seats (lecture room) and 30 seats when around a table. Facilities: wide screen TV set, VHS recorder, overhead and slide projector and screen, direct telephone line, Internet access. Other equipments are available on request.

A beautiful outdoor pool, amongst trees and flower plants, offers moments of total relaxation in a scenery that is just unique. In the gazebo are available drinks and at lunch time a buffet is served. The pool is open exclusively from June to September.

For the wellness and beauty of the body, and for those gluttons ones wishing to make amend, a sauna and a gymnasium are available.

34 rooms available (27 double rooms and 7 Suites). All furnished in a different way one from the other but always in tune with the atmosphere of the place: dark wood, exposed beams, precious fabrics , all aimed to create a warm, welcoming and most relaxing ambiance.

Bar: a cosy and warm space indoor, a wide terrace over the hills on the outside. Expert staff to satisfy with international cocktails, aperitifs and spirits from all over the world, the most sophisticated requests. A must is the sunset from the terrace.

Borgo Pretale hosts also a restaurant, renown for the quality and variety of its proposals. All inspired by Italian and Tuscan tradition and strictly prepared with seasonal products. The restaurant is composed of an inner room and a veranda with exposed beams, in Summer dinner is served on the ample terrace overlooking the surrounding rolling hills. The wine list equals in quality the gastronomic offer: Next to one another can be found the classical wines of the Tuscany's tradition as well as those young emerging producers particularly careful about quality. The guest can choose between the half board formula or the service "a la carte".
