Bed & Breakfast Caroline suite is a comfortable B&B in the heart of the “Eternal City”, ideal place for work or holiday travels, near Termini Station, Colosseo, Foro Romano, the wonderful Piazza di Spagna, and the famous Via Veneto.

The subway and the buses are very close to the B&B Caroline Suite (50 metres). Thus, the transfers to reach the wonderful Vatican Museums, the delightful Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the charming Trevi Fountain are easier. The Reception and the multilingual Staff are at our guests' disposal 24 hours a day, so as to meet with any requirement.
We provide free city maps, garage and restaurant services.
The rooms typology varies from the single, double, triple, quadruple and family rooms, all finely furnished and provided with every comfort.
The bathrooms are spacious and provided with a large washtub or shower, with luminous, hairedryer, American plug. The rooms are provided with comfortable elegant marble washbasins, silent hairdryers and direct telephone.
For those who cannot prevent themselves, even on holiday, to use Internet, or for those who travel for work, it is possible to access from the room to Internet thanks to the WI-FI connexion. The rooms are provided with a comfortable independent heating in winter with regulatable air-conditioning, minibar. If you want to stroll in the city without caring about your personal effects, when you check in you will be given the key for the safe deposit box of your room. Our rooms have a professional atmosphere in single rooms, romantic in double rooms, private in suites and joyful in family spacious rooms. And if kids and adults like animals, don’t worry! They are also welcome.

Our staff will be at your disposal to propose you tours organised by a specialised staff and with the possibility to choose the language of origin. It will be possible to choose tours of the Christian Rome or Imperial Rome which exalt the splendours of the Roman Empire's Classicism. And for those who want to spend a romantic evening, we organise an evening tour with a panoramic on the illuminated city and a typical dinner.
The bed & breakfast Caroline Suite is in a good position to use the Terravision service or the Citysightseening, as it is near the pick-up of these services.
Wegbeschreibung
By train:
- Go to the platform 1 and exit in Via Marsala. Continue on your right for 50 meters. You will find on you left Via Milazzo, we are at the number 14, 2° floor.
By plane:
- From the airport of Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci) it is possible to catch the direct train Leonardo Express to the central Termini station (30 minutes). The trains directed to the central Termini Station leave every 30 minutes. The first train leaves at 6.37 a.m., and the last train leaves at 11.50 p.m. The tickets can be bought at the tobacconist’s near the train and they cost 11,50 euro for person.
- From the airport of Ciampino you will find the Cotral Bus Service which will bring you to the Anagnina Subway station. From there, take the subway until Stazione Termini. There, ask how to arrive to Via Milazzo street and you are arrived at the number 14, 2° floor in 5 minutes.
By car:
- from the airport of Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci): Exit from the airport following the direction to Rome, straight ahead, and exit on the left in Cristoforo Colombo - Rome center. Go straight ahead until Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano and from there take Via Merulana until the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, turn right and you will be in front on the central Termini station. There, ask how to arrive to Via Marsala after via milazzo and you are at the Bed & Breakfast in 5 minutes.
- from the airport of Ciampino: Exit from the airport following Via Appia (centre direction), take the exit number 13 (Tiburtina, centre) and continue straight ahead. You will arrive to Piazza del Verano. From there you will take Via C. de Lollis. When you see the archs, cross them and then turn on the right in via milazzo street and you are arrived at the number 14, 2° floor.
- from Florence: On the motorway to Rome, take the exit of Roma Nord. You will be on the ring road (follow the directions Napoli – Tiburtina or Roma – Aquila). Take the exit 13 (direction Tiburtina centre) and continue straight ahead. From there you will take Via C. de Lollis. When you see the archs, cross them and then turn on the right in via milazzo. street and you are arrived at the number 14, 2° floor
- from Naples: Take the ring road of Rome (Direction Firenze – Tiburtina), take the exit 13 and continue straight ahead. You will arrive to Piazza del Verano. From there you will take Via C. de Lollis. When you see the archs, cross them and then turn on the right in Via milazzo street and you are arrived at the number 14, 2° floor.

Caroline Suite Nah am Bahnhof, der Viertel ist laut und nicht sehr schön, dafür kommt man da direkt vom Flughafen aus und mit der U-bahn kann man überall hin, unser Zimmer war in Ordnung und fehlte an nichts

Caroline Suite Location was pefect for us that we did not know Rome, everything is situated within walking distance. We had a cozy a comfortable room with a bathtub. The reception staff were very informative and knowledgeble.

Caroline Suite Single room very clean and quiet, small, but with a private shower, a/c, and television - can't complain. Location excellent for someone wishing to catch a morning train. Only two short blocks to Termini in a nice friendly neighborhood with plenty of places to walk to and good food. It's a fun area of Rome. Elevator didn't work in the morning. Good breakfast and coffee. I'd recommend this place for an overnight stay on your way in or out of Rome by train.

Caroline Suite Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Caroline Suite The hotel was impossible to find. The address listed was for the actual room, but to check in you must actually go to Hotel Mirage. I spent ages dragging my suitcases around and looking for "Caroline Suite." Lots of noise and kind of a sketchy area.

Caroline Suite Small but nice room. Newly remodeled. Receptiion desk and breakfast room are in another building. Tiny elevator, 3 flights up to room in a dark stairway. Very close to train station. Will only accept cash. No credit cards.

Caroline Suite The overall experience was good. Large room with washroom, nice decor. Shower at night though, sometimes when large groups come in the hot water does not exist in morning. Getting to your room does not depict what the end result. It has an old conventional elevator in the stairwell of the building which could be scary to some some, but gets you to the doors to the hall where all the floors and walls are done in a nice decor. The elevator brings you to the floor to where breakfast is. Cereal, toast, croissant, canned fruit. Jellies, jam, cheese (Edam), one type of meat (spam) and coffee. There was a T.V. in the room but didn't work, but who need a T.V. when you have ROME outside. Check in is through the Mirage Hotel next store with 24hour high security service. Great location.
